Roleko Engineering Services (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.

When you contact us or send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, organisation, and information about your project. If you apply for a job, we collect your CV and the information it contains.

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations
  • To manage projects and communicate with you if you become a client
  • To assess job applications

We rely on your consent, given when you submit an enquiry, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

Enquiries sent via WhatsApp or email are processed by those service providers. We share personal data with others only where needed to deliver your project (for example, consultants working on it) or where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

Analytics

This website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that do not identify individual visitors.
